CHARACTER DESIGN: Gothic Horror Theme
We are further developing the "Lo Fi" project by adding our own characters, subject to my approval, same methodologies, start with an extensive panel, adding descriptors from your references that you would like to incorporate into your own character design.
For me, I will be creating a Zombie character, that fits within the Gothic Horror Theme.
Having a zombie idling might be a little too "tong and cheek", however, this is still a good exercise to go through; I plan on fully enjoying the process:)

I will NOT be running the Oliver Twist character design for this year, completely different, making a direct connection to our previous unit, creating and Environment Design, let's do this!

DAY 1:You are to draw FOUR characters from the movie Oliver Twist.
This week, four rough sketches of your chosen characters, you may interpret the character drawings in your own style or simply to the best of your ability a resemblance of the characters from the various references you've selected. This is a learning experience, you have the creative license to interpret, I am not asking for exact replication "on-model" of what you see, rather enjoy the process and challenge yourself accordingly.
